We are proud to be working in partnership with our client, a highly successful industry led retailer in their search for a Senior Merchandiser. Known for their classic designs and focus on customer satisfaction, they are passionate about what they do and pride themselves on a top quality service.
The Role
As the Senior Merchandiser you will be responsible for overseeing product performance, strategy, and execution across all product categories, with detailed reports analysing previous season performance. Motivate, coach and develop your team through regular feedback as well as communicating with web team in regard to planned promos.
The Person
Working in partnership with the buyer you will make sure that crucial sales trends are highlighted, driving strategy for next season putting together WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock and Intake) plan to support, order raised by the buying team to be signed off certifying they are in line with ASP/margin plans for the department.
As this is a fast paced environment you will be ensuring that all KPI's are made aware to the buying team and any potential sales risks to be liaised to Head of Merchandising, as well as all performance and sales risks.
Experience within the clothing sector is essential, womenswear highly advantageous.
