Food Production Operative/Bakery Mixer - Immediate Starts We are recruiting for experienced Machine Operatives/Bakery Mixers based in the Warwick CV34 area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking for stable, long-term work . The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of production activities. Details: Location: Warwick CV34. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm Pay Rate: £14.50-£15 per hour depending on experience Role of a Food Production Operative/Bakery Mixer: Preparing and mixing ingredients used to manufacture cakes and other bakery products. Operating industrial bakery mixing machinery. Accurately weighing ingredients before mixing alongside following recipes and production instructions. Keeping the machine running efficiently throughout production as well as accurate records of production and batch information. Keeping the mixing area clean and organised. Cleaning equipment between products/batches according to site procedures. Following strict food hygiene, allergen, quality and health & safety procedures. Requirements of a Food Production Operative/Bakery Mixer: Experienced within food production - ideally within bakery/cake production. Confident operating industrial mixing machinery. Confident with basic numbers and measurements. Able to follow recipes and written production instructions. Quality focused. Able to maintain good food hygiene standards throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a traditional/older factory environment.
