The ideal candidate is an experienced worker who can work independently and in a team environment, has excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and can follow through on daily tasks This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established business that is going through an exciting period of growth. The position will be offered on a temp to perm basis. Shifts Available: Day Shifts - 7am-4.30pm Pay Rate- £14-£16 per hour Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding tasks. Inspect and evaluate work to ensure it meets safety standards. Fabricate metal products and components. Welds according to blueprints and engineering specifications. Use hand tools such as calipers and micrometers to measure and inspect parts and products for defects, using a variety of measuring instruments. Cut metal with robotically operated cutting torches or lasers, using power hand tools such as grinders and drills.
