Role of an Onsite Client Manager
Overseeing daily on-site workforce operations including attendance and shift allocation
Acting as the primary on-site contact for client operational teams
Ensuring workforce fulfilment meets agreed volumes and shift requirements
Conducting daily worker check-ins and inductions
Monitoring absence, lateness and attrition trends
Responding quickly to volume changes and operational challenges
Maintaining strong shop floor presence
Escalating performance, safety or supply risks promptly
Collaborating with Recruitment and Delivery teams to maintain pipeline strength
Ensuring compliance with right-to-work regulations and onboarding processes
Maintaining accurate records and timesheets

As a Sprayer and Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Utilizing PA1 & PA6 qualifications to safely and effectively apply pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments in compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Performing routine grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and general landscape upkeep.

The role
To oversee the quality assessment requirements throughout the production process of raw and packaged products
Implementation of policies and procedures
Assisting with internal audits and BRCGS audits
Be the lead for MSC and GGAP
Attend HACCP meetings and provide feedback
Lead periodic inspections and checks of products and equipment
Take part in Quality Management System reviews and promote quality and food safety policies
Ensuring accuracy of all factory documentation
Keep up to date with new legislation and any change in internal procedures
Complete and record temperature checks
Undertake corrective actions to make sure food management policies meet standards and regulation
Keep training up to date along with completing and external training related to the role.
