This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient operation of our baler unit. The role involves manual handling, consistant lifting and feeding materials into machinery, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. The role is workign either 6 am - 2 pm or 2 pm - 10 pm, Monday to Friday, paying £14.21 per hour, with an immediate start date. Responsibilities Operate the baler unit within a manufacturing environment Manually lift rolls of fibre onto a frame that feeds into the baler unit. Conduct inspections of fibre to ensure quality standards are met. Prioritise safety and quality in all tasks. Assist with loading and unloading as required. Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
