Review tooling requirements for area and manage shortages accordingly. Actively seek process, quality and any other problems or potential problems then taking appropriate action to remove the risk. Look for opportunities to improve productivity & quality. Have the ability to problem solve. Have the capability to fully understand the quality requirements in all areas as per the company control plan.
