All staff must be prepared to work any shift pattern that may be required to ensure that we provide an excellent service at all times. Shifts will be based around a 6-2, 2-10 and 10-6 shift rotation or anything deemed necessary to support the business needs as follows. Sorting scrap materials and preparing them for recycling or transport. Collaborating with team members to meet production needs.
