Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (Polish & English)
Location: Bellshill, North Lanarkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (No weekends)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Please note: Fluency in both Polish and English is an essential requirement for this position, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with customers in both languages as part of their day-to-day duties.
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Bellshill for a friendly, organised and motivated Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in both Polish and English.
This is a varied office-based role where you'll use your language skills to support both Polish and English-speaking customers. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, arranging collections and deliveries, and supporting a range of customer service projects.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Process stationery orders for Polish-speaking customers using the company's internal database.

Arrange collections and deliveries of PDQ card payment machines with English-speaking customers.

Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.

Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.

Liaise with customers, couriers and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Support additional English-speaking customer service projects as required.

Deliver a high standard of customer service while working efficiently and accurately.
What We're Looking For

Fluent spoken and written Polish and English (essential).

Previous customer service or call centre experience (1-2 years preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
What We Offer
