The role of Customer Account Manager
The main focus of this role is the management of a range of administration tasks designed to support the development of client contracts. This will involve working to tight timeframes and multi tasking whilst providing a high quality standard of work.
Providing a comprehensive logistics service to a variety of clients, you will serve as the primary contact for client and customer enquiries concerns and request on email, phone and other communication channels
Providing timely responses in line with pre agreed SLA's
Working with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively
Maintaining client accounts, process orders and track shipments
Maintaining up to date knowledge of products and services to provide informed assistance to clients.
The person
You will be used to liaising with clients professionally and managing change with minimal impact
A high standard of excel knowledge is essential (intermediate to advanced). Part of the interview process will involve an excel test
Previous experience in b2b or b2c role, ideally within logistics or supply chain
Strong problem solving ability whilst working to deadlines
Ability to multi task and prioritise
Experience with a CRM or WMS system is expected
Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment.
Details
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
100% on site
