Client Manager
AM2PM Group are recruiting for a Client Manager to join our dynamic team in Grimsby. In this role, you'll be overseeing the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE + Car Allowance
Location: Grimsby
Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required
Duration: Permanent

Requirements of a Client Manager
You will need the following:
- Experience in industrial recruitment environments.

- Full UK driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is a must
Role of an Onsite Client Manager
- Oversee daily fulfilment and workforce attendance.
- Maintain strong working relationship with client stakeholders.
- Monitor retention and absence trends.
- Escalate supply or service risks promptly.
- Coordinate with Delivery and Recruitment teams.
- Support workforce engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reporting and workforce data.
- Ensure rate and placement accuracy.
- Participate in client performance reviews.
