We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sprayer (PA1 & PA6) with a strong background in grounds maintenance to join our dynamic team.
As a Sprayer and Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Utilizing PA1 & PA6 qualifications to safely and effectively apply pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments in compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Performing routine grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and general landscape upkeep.
Diagnosing and addressing grounds issues, such as invasive species, pests, and plant diseases.
Conducting safety inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper functionality and operational safety.
Keeping accurate logs of all spraying activities, including chemical applications, schedules, and compliance documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Essential Certifications: PA1 (Safe Use of Pesticides) & PA6 (Handheld Applicator) certifications.
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a related field.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly those related to pesticides and other chemical applications.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality department.
The role
To oversee the quality assessment requirements throughout the production process of raw and packaged products
Implementation of policies and procedures
Assisting with internal audits and BRCGS audits
Be the lead for MSC and GGAP
Attend HACCP meetings and provide feedback
Lead periodic inspections and checks of products and equipment
Take part in Quality Management System reviews and promote quality and food safety policies
Ensuring accuracy of all factory documentation
Keep up to date with new legislation and any change in internal procedures
Complete and record temperature checks
Undertake corrective actions to make sure food management policies meet standards and regulation
Keep training up to date along with completing and external training related to the role.

About the Role
