AM2PM are recruiting for experienced Production Operatives for our client based in the Bromyard area. Our client is a leading manufacturer who specialise in plastic injections mouldings which they supply for automotive sector.
Hours of Work for Production Operative:
Week 1: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
Week 2: Monday to Wednesday 2pm to 12pm, Thursday 2.30pm to 11.30pm
Please note this is a rotating shift so you must be able to work both AM and PM Shift.
Rate of pay between £12.71 and £13.50 per hour.
Duties of a Production Operative:
Check the quality of parts that are produced by the injection moulding machines
Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
Assembly duties
Trimming, sanding and shaping plastic parts.
Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements of a Production Operative:
Experience working in a Factory Production environment (3 plus months)
Assembly experience preferred
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Effective communication skills

- Due to the location and shift times, applicants must have their own transport
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
- Reliable and able to commit to the required shift pattern
