About the Role We are currently recruiting reliable and detail-focused Printing Operatives to join a busy production team specialising in T-shirt printing. This role involves hands-on, dexterous work and full training will be provided. Please note: this role is printing-focused but may also require picking and packing. Key Responsibilities Pressing letters and designs onto T-shirts using a printing machine Measuring materials accurately using a tape measure Drawing and preparing templates on garments Cutting materials to required sizes and shapes Maintaining accuracy and quality standards throughout the printing process Requirements Good attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality Willingness to complete training and adapt to shift changes Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Other warehouse duties may require Accurately pick single or multiple orders.
