Warehouse Performance Coach - Crick - Fixed term contract - £26-28k

We are recruiting a Warehouse Performance Coach to join a growing logistics operation based locally to Crick.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with people, understanding performance data and helping colleagues improve their productivity.

The position will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis, with the potential to extend into a permanent role based on individualand operational performance.

Role of a Warehouse Performance Coach:

The role is centred around coaching and development,with regular recorded conversations designed to understand performance,identify barriers and agree practical actions for improvement.

Review performance data.

Analyse WMS data to understand individual and team performance.

Identify under-performers requiring additional support and high performers who can share best practice.

Conduct structured and recorded coaching conversations.

Build positive relationships with colleagues across the operation.

Provide clear, constructive and motivational feedback.

Explore the reasons behind performance levels and identify potential barriers.

Agree measurable and achievable improvement actions.

Recognise strong performance and encourage the sharing of effective working practices.

Monitor progress following coaching conversations.

Maintain accurate records of coaching activity and outcomes.

Work closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers.

Highlight recurring performance trends to the relevant management teams.

Support the operation during peak trading periods.

Handle individual performance information sensitively and professionally.

Details:

Salary: £26-28K

Shifts available, pick from one:

1 x 4pm - 12am

1 x 8am - 4pm

1 x 11am - 7pm

Requirements of a Warehouse Performance Coach

You will be someone who enjoys working with people and has
the confidence to have meaningful conversations around performance.

Previous experience within logistics, warehousing, stock control or another target-drivenenvironment would be advantageous.

A coaching or mentoring mindset.

The ability to interpret performance information and data.

Be comfortable in a warehouse/stock control environment.

Excellent listening and questioning skills.

The ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce.

A positive and motivational approach.

Confidence working independently.

Resilience within a fast-paced operational environment.

A professional approach to confidential information.
