Warehouse Operative
We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in the Redditch, B98 area. You will be working for a well-established clothing company within a busy warehouse environment, supporting order fulfilment and distribution operations.
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (AM shift), £13.21 per hour (PM shift) + £2.50 per hour bonus when daily targets are achieved
Location: Redditch
Shift Patterns: 6:00am - 2:00pm (AM) OR 2:30pm - 10:30pm (PM)
Breaks: One unpaid 30-minute break and two 5-minute breaks
Duration: Ongoing work available
Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:
You will need the following:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Comfortable using handheld scanners
- Ability to work with warehouse computer systems
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work towards daily targets
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Role of a Warehouse Operative: Picking clothing items within the warehouse, packing customer orders ready for dispatch, using handheld scanners to process orders, working with warehouse computer systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy when picking and packing, working towards daily productivity targets, supporting general warehouse duties as required
