Your main duties will include: - Safely loading and unloading parcels for daily deliveries. - Delivering and collecting between **80-120 parcels** to and from **InPost lockers** within your designated area. - Ensuring all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframes. - Handling parcels with care and attention,adhering to company and safety guidelines. - Providing excellent customer service during any client or locker interactions. - Performing basic vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues. - Maintaining accurate delivery records and assisting with documentation as needed. --- ## Qualifications of : Van Driver To be successful in this role,you will need: - A valid UK driving license with a clean record. - Proven experience as a **Van Driver** or in a similar delivery role. - Strong knowledge of local and surrounding roadways. - Good physical fitness,as the role may require lifting and shifting parcels. - The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. --- ## Day-to-Day : Van Driver - Start the day with route planning to ensure efficient delivery schedules. - Perform pre-departure inspection and checks for the van. - Collect parcels from the distribution center and arrange them for delivery. - Begin the delivery route,ensuring the timely and safe delivery of parcels to InPost lockers. - Address any delivery issues,such as locker accessibility or customer inquiries. - Return to the depot with collected parcels and report end-of-day progress to your team. - Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of the company van. --- **Why Work with Us?** - Competitive pay of £13.70 - £14.50 per hour. - Opportunity for a **permanent** position upon successful completion of the temporary contract. - Be part of a supportive and diverse work environment. - Gain experience and build your career within a reputable courier and logistics company. **How to Apply:** If you are a reliable,experienced van driver eager to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team,we'd love to hear from you!
