We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless allocation and redeployment of our workforce across client sites. Your ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others will be key to maintaining workforce stability and meeting client demands.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Allocating workers to assignments based on suitability and availability.
- Maintaining visibility of workforce availability across accounts.
- Monitoring attendance and utilisation patterns to optimise efficiency.
- Supporting rapid fulfilment during demand spikes.
- Ensuring placement details align with agreed rate structures.
- Communicating availability updates to Client Managers.
- Escalating risks related to shortages or oversupply.
- Keeping accurate allocation records within our systems.
- Planning redeployment for workers at the end of assignments.
- Responding promptly to last-minute workforce changes.
- Ensuring compliance standards are upheld during allocation.
- Promoting efficient workforce utilisation.
- Deploying to support locations nationally during peak trading periods or when troubleshooting is required.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings the following skills and attributes to the table:
- Proven experience in workforce coordination or planning roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of compliance in temporary recruitment.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- A clear and effective communication style.
- A structured, responsive, and proactive approach to challenges.
- A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and spend time away from home.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
Day-to-Day
Here's what a typical day might look like:
- Start your day by reviewing workforce availability and upcoming assignments.
- Collaborate with Client Managers to ensure all placement details are aligned and communicated effectively.
- Monitor attendance and utilisation patterns, addressing any gaps or oversupply issues.
- Respond to last-minute changes or urgent client requests with a calm and solution-focused approach.
- Update allocation records and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Plan redeployment strategies for workers completing assignments.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide hands-on support during peak periods or troubleshoot challenges.
