Job Title: Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic pallets with precision and consistency, adhering to company and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Operate assembly tools and equipment responsibly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Continuously monitor the production process to identify and address errors or inconsistencies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, equipment, and processes.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Day-to-Day

We are hiring for multiple shifts to provide superior support to our production process. Applicants can choose one of the following consistent 12-hour shifts:

• Day Shift

  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday |
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Night Shift

  • Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday |
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday |
