Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

About the Role
We are hiring Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading resin company known for their dedication to high-quality production and commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately label products to meet company and customer specifications.
• Ensure efficient packing of products to the required standards.
• Decant products at specific weights using semi-automatic filling machines and manual methods.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, as required.
• Operate a forklift counterbalance truck (if licensed) following safety protocols.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• A Forklift Counterbalance License is desirable but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to smells due to the nature of resin products.
• Physically capable of manual and heavy lifting tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable when working in a team environment.
