Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Picker Packer Warehouse Operatives. This is a fantastic full-time, ongoing opportunity to work with a popular clothing brand, assisting in the operation of our Liverpool Speke warehouse (postcode: L24). With full training provided, you'll have all the support you need to succeed. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Pick and pack clothing items using handheld scanners to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Meet daily performance targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, stock replenishment, and organization of inventory.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain seamless workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• No prior experience required as full training will be provided, but previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus.
• The ability to use or quickly learn to use handheld scanners.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to meeting quality standards.
• The ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.
• A reliable and punctual work ethic.
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and meeting shared goals.

Day-to-Day

• Morning Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM): £12.71 per hour.
• Afternoon Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM): £14.71 per hour.
• Weekend Shift (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM): £14.71 per hour.
• Weekly rotas with consistent schedules (no rotation).
