Packing Operative - Cambuslang

Location: Cambuslang
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to join our client's busy operation based in Cambuslang.

This is a hands-on role involving the accurate picking, packing and preparation of customer orders for dispatch.

Duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately

• Checking orders and ensuring quantities are correct

• Preparing orders ready for dispatch

• Organising orders based on delivery requirements

• Scanning stock used for dispatch onto the inventory system

• Assisting with unloading stock and deliveries when required

• Reporting any damaged goods

• Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and tidy

• Following all Health & Safety procedures

• Working efficiently as part of a busy team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous packing, production or warehouse experience

• Have good attention to detail

• Be reliable and punctual

• Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Be able to work well as part of a team
