Hours: 39.5 hours per week

Working Pattern of an Onsite Coordinator:

  • Tuesday to Thursday: 10:30am - 6:30pm
  • Friday & Saturday: 6:30am - 3:30pm
  • Flexibility required to meet business needs

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £13.50 per hour (£27,729 per annum based on 39.5 hours per week)
Driving Licence: Essential
Own Vehicle: Essential

About the Role

AM2PM Recruitment are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Onsite Coordinator to join our team at Omega Business Park, Warrington.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the key link between our temporary workforce, onsite management teams and the AM2PM branch network. You'll play a vital role in ensuring daily staffing requirements are met whilst delivering excellent service to both our client and workforce.

Key Responsibilities of an Onsite Coordinator

  • Act as the main AM2PM point of contact onsite
  • Build strong working relationships with client management and warehouse teams
  • Welcome, check in and support AM2PM employees at the start of each shift
  • Ensure staffing levels are fulfilled and arrange cover where required
  • Support recruitment activities including interviews, inductions and onboarding
  • Monitor attendance, performance, conduct and worker engagement
  • Complete regular site audits and welfare checks
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
  • Produce and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support payroll administration and ensure worker hours are processed accurately
  • Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and professionally
  • Promote health and safety standards across the site
  • Support workforce retention and employee engagement initiatives

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle for travel between sites and operational requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing operational requirements

Desirable Experience

  • Previous recruitment, onsite, warehouse, logistics or customer service experience
  • Experience managing attendance, payroll or workforce planning
  • Experience building client and employee relationships

Working Environment

  • This role is based within a busy warehouse operation
  • The successful candidate will spend significant time on the warehouse floor engaging with employees and client teams
  • The role will involve being on your feet for extended periods and walking throughout a large warehouse environment
  • Flexibility may occasionally be required to support operational requirements outside of standard working hours
