Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and skilled Line Leader to join our dynamic team based in Trafford Park. In this position, you will oversee small teams, ensure production targets are met, and play an integral role in maintaining smooth operations in a busy warehouse environment. If you have experience in warehouse operations and enjoy leading and motivating others, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 members in warehouse and production operations.
- Manage daily workloads, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and achieve key performance targets.
- Accurately prepare reports on team performance, operations results, and completed tasks.
- Actively participate in hands-on production tasks, setting an example for your team.
- Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Warehouse experience is essential, including familiarity with production line operations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of 5-10 individuals.
- Strong mathematical skills to manage stock levels, track production figures, and prepare accurate reports.
- Proven ability to achieve team goals and exceed production targets.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.
- A proactive mindset and motivation to learn and grow within the role.
