Reach Forklift Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative

We are recruiting an experienced Reach Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse team on an ongoing basis.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm 

This role is primarily a picking position, with the Reach Truck being used to safely move heavier items throughout the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role and would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck to move and retrieve stock safely.

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Handling large, bulky, and heavy items throughout the working day.

• Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Completing stock movements and inventory transactions.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Following all health and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Reach Forklift Truck licence/certificate.

• Previous Reach Truck experience is essential.

• Previous warehouse picking experience is preferred.

• Computer literate, with confidence using warehouse systems and handheld devices.

• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out regular heavy manual handling throughout the shift.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
