You will play a vital part in the production process by picking, packing, and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Pick and pack food products to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure all products are labelled and packed accurately according to guidelines.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, following regulatory and company policies.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to maintain consistency and high standards.
• Operate basic equipment and tools in a safe manner during the production process.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or concerns to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and the production area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or food safety issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food production, picking and packing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift items up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Excellent teamwork abilities and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments, as required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Shift Timings

The role has the following shift options:

• 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
