  • Providing regular updates on project progress and delivery schedules.
  • Producing proofs, managing approvals and preparing files for print.
  • Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Processing client returns and managing customer queries professionally and efficiently.

  • Coordinating mailing, fulfilment and dispatch activities.
  • Planning and organising daily collections with Royal Mail and courier partners.
  • Ensuring all dispatch documentation is accurate and completed correctly.
  • Monitoring courier performance and helping to identify the most cost-effective delivery solutions.
  • Supporting production and fulfilment activities during busy periods.

Stock & Warehouse Management

  • Managing client stock and inventory within internal systems.
  • Receiving and booking stock into warehouse locations.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment requirements.
  • Supporting efficient warehouse organisation and stock flow.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintaining accurate fulfilment and dispatch records.
  • Updating client reporting and daily dispatch information.
  • Capturing production and fulfilment data to support invoicing and reporting.
  • Ensuring all operational processes and procedures are followed consistently.
