Administrator
AM2PM are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrator to provide essential administrative support for one of our well established clients in the Shaw area. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless inventory coordination, maintain accurate records, facilitate effective communication among teams, and manage key operational documents.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
The Warehouse Administrator will:
- Inventory Oversight: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure data consistency and operational integrity.
- Documentation Management: Organize and control shipping, receiving, and compliance documentation.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate shipments and deliveries with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and tracking.
- Tool & System Management: Support the use and maintenance of office and warehouse management tools (e.g., CRM, WMS).
- Meeting & Reporting Duties: Prepare agendas, transcribe meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Clerical Tasks: Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Correspondence: Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Procurement Assistance: Monitor the inventory of warehouse supplies and handle restocking as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the safe storage and handling of sensitive information in line with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and address administrative or logistical challenges to maintain effective workflows.
Required Skills and Experience of an Administrator:
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistical, or warehouse support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven track record of managing time and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when working with confidential information.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Desirable:
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of document control practices and records management.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
